Federal roadblocks and checkpoints are springing up

SAN DIEGO, CA: Federal roadblocks and checkpoints are springing up in the zealous search for an ex-LAPD officer suspected of murder.

But not only are vehicles being searched without probable cause or a warrant, but 600 homes were searched in the same manner in Big Bear, CA.

One man, one excuse is all that is needed to suspend innocent people's rights and impose police state tactics. To all intents and purposes the Fourth Amendment to the American Constitution is being suspended.

The text states: “The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”

However, the very Amendment to the Constitution is being violated by the actions of the police and, especially, the federal agencies, such as the Department of Homeland Security. By the very same people and agencies that, theoretically, have sworn, each and every officer, to protect and defend the Constitution. In truth, however, the care not one iota about it.

The latest news, as of 02/11/2013 is that the ex-LAPD cop has been declared a “domestic terrorist” and that predator drones are in use to hunt him down.

Welcome to the new America (and New World Order).

We do not need a new government, we need a new system...
