Florida Makes Off-Grid Living Illegal – Mandates All Homes Must Be Connected To An Electricity Grid

It’s no secret that an opposition to sustainable living exists. Earlier this year, Texas state brought several SWAT teams to a sustainable community and threatened to shut it down. Each one of the community members were initially handcuffed at gunpoint. It was called “The Garden of Eden Community,” and was totally self sustainable.

This time, it’s Robin Speronis that’s come under fire. She lives off the grid in Florida, completely independent of the city’s water and electric system. A few weeks ago, officials ruled her off-grid home illegal. Officials cited the International Property Maintenance Code, which mandates that homes be connected to an electricity grid and a running water source. That’s just like saying our dependency on corporations isn’t even a choice. The battle to live without most utilities has been ongoing for Robin, the self-sufficient woman has lived for more than a year and a half using solar energy, a propane camping stove and rain water.

In the end, she was found not guilty of not having a proper sewer or electrical system; but was guilty of not being hooked up to an approved water supply.

So what exactly is off grid living?

“It means living independently, mainly living independently of the utility companies. Providing your own power. It does not mean living in the stone age, it’s not about bush craft. It’s about generating your own power, your own water, dealing with your own waste. Probably as part of a community, not living on your own like a hermit. It’s also about being more self-reliant and being less dependent on the system. Perhaps realizing that the system isn’t really protecting us anymore and we have to look after ourselves.” - George Noory

Our potential as a human race is quite extraordinary, we just don’t realize it. Sustainable living is not about giving up a certain lifestyle, can still have all the modern amenities, design and beyond. Living off the grid wouldn’t be a problem, we have technologies that can generate over-unity power, we have technologies that can provide unlimited amounts of clean energy. I’m talking about free energy, which goes far beyond solar energy. We can have neighborhoods exactly like we do today, even better. They would be totally green, off the grid and self-sufficient.

The only problem with off the grid living is that corporations lose their ability to control others. With a completely self-sustaining life style, no body would ever have to work. What would happen then? Think about that for a moment. We would be free to expand and create, to discover our full potential as a race and move forward into the world of exploration and discovery, all the while living in harmony with nature, not against it.

We’ve accepted the monetary system, and deem it necessary for the proper function of society. Money doesn’t ever have to come in the way of necessity, we’ve just been made to believe that it does. It’s time for the human race to move past the concepts of competition and greed into one that benefits the whole.

Government: It's all about control

Government is all about control and absolutely nothing else regardless what we are being told.

A free people do not need to have anyone lord it over them, no king and not government, however democratic it claims to be.

Democracy is but an illusion to keep the masses quiet and does not and cannot work with groups larger than 150 individuals. The monks of old learned that and that was why, when that number was being reached, they sent out groups of monks to form sister monasteries and abbeys.

The so-called people's representatives, the elected ones, are about as much representatives of the people as Monsanto is a charity and the knight in shining armor protecting us from pesticides.

A free people, theoretically, can do as they wish as long as they do not infringe on the liberty of others and harm others. However, find me a country, a place, where this is the case. Everywhere government of one kind or another tells the people what they can do and what they cannot do and for most activities the people require a permit – against payment – from said governments.

You have hens and want to sell eggs to your neighbors. Can you, legally? No! You need a government license to do so and that license will cost you money and government interference.

The same goes for growing produce in your garden or allotment and wishing to sell surplus. You cannot do so, legally, without a paid-for government permit.

You need a government permit, called a driver's license, to drive a car and another license to actually run the car on the road. And the same goes for motorbikes. You need a license to get married, you need to have your birth registered or you cannot leave the country and reenter it; that is to say you cannot get a passport without this piece of government paper.

If you have children they can be taken away from you if you do not raise them as the government tell you to and do not send them to school (in many places).

In order to – legally – get a job in the great majority of the countries, even so-called democratic ones, and especially in those, you need a government number, the social security number, and that is almost not possible to get without the aforementioned birth certificate. And the same goes for a bank account and many more things.

Even if you have committed no crime, are not even in the slightest a terrorist, the government is more than likely to spy on you and your every move, and even more so if you express dissident thoughts or read books that they may consider “bad” or visit websites your government does not like.

There is an old saying that the enemy at the gate we do not have to be afraid of as we know them but the enemy within we have to watch and the enemy within are, predominately, our own governments.

As far as the governments are today concerned all citizens are potential criminals and terrorists and are guilty until and unless they, the people, can prove themselves innocent, and even then the control will continue.

Those who think that they are free think again... and I have only touched upon a small amount of government control here.

We do not need a new government; we need a new system without government. A new true system where men are truly free...

UK government to force Internet content blocking

The British government is trying to force search engines and Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to block content and websites

The claim by Whitehall that it is predominately aimed at porn sites and especially child porn to prevent also and especially children accessing such materials does not hold water as, first of all, accessing child porn is a crime and secondly that no one can believe anymore what they say.

The “for the good of the children” claim has become a mantra under which the freedoms of the individual are being eroded by increments, in the UK and the USA. Blocking porn is only the tip of the proverbial iceberg.

So-called extremist websites are also in the cross hairs of the government's gun sight and we can take a sure bet that many survivalist sites and such like will also be considered and affected. And, no doubt, alternative media sites such as Russia Today and many others.

In the end we will only be allowed, for our own protection and that of the children, obviously, to access such sites only as are approved by the powers-that-be.

The British and American governments keep harping on about freedom and scream blue murder when the Internet and social media are being censored and restricted by China, in Arab countries, and so on while, at the same time, they are aiming to do the very same at home. The term “double standards” does not even come close to conveying it properly.

While they insist that the Internet must not be censored – and it should not be – as far as what they class repressive regimes such as China, Iran, etc., are concerned a different set of rules are applied to their own citizens. What are they afraid of?

Is it time to rethink our communications?

Is it time to rethink how we communicate and what means we use?

In the light of the government surveillance of Internet traffic, etc., it may be time to rethink how we communicate with one another and which steps to take to regain our privacy.

When it comes to letters and especially emails the use of ciphers may have to be considered once again to stop the authorities spying on the content of such messages.

However, any algorithm-based and especially computer-generated codes and cyphers can be broken by the same machines that generate them. It has been shown, though, that messages as were created by espionage agencies during the World Wars, the Cold War, and already before, are, basically, uncrackable by computers. The message found on the leg of a dead carrier pigeon from the time of WWII in 2012 in Britain and which GCHQ and other have admitted they will never able to crack as they cannot understand what the code is based on. It could appear that that particular cypher is based on a book that both the sender and recipient had and the code based on that.

The 5-figure code thus created never repeats the same number for the same letter or word and thus is, basically, uncrackable, at least not in a short space of time, not even by the most powerful computers.

Both emails and letters have been and are subject to intercept by the like of the NSA, GCHQ and other spy agencies and while emails will arrive at the recipient letters may not or are also subject to intercept and then delivery, slightly delayed.

While, in theory, law enfarcement (no, this is not a typo) do require a warrant to intercept mail (and this goes also for telephonic communications) the truth is a different one and intercept without warrant happens rather all too frequently.

We can always, nowadays, take it for granted that the authorities will take it upon themselves, claiming they have to act to prevent terrorist attack, to read the letters (and other postal communications) of people who they deem to fall into the terrorist category, and this could even simply be journalists and bloggers.

So other ways needs to be found and used to prevent such intercepts.

Here we may have to reconsider, and I use that word deliberately, the use of couriers and dead letter drops.

Such couriers, as in the days of the coffee houses of old and the penny post, could just be someone who travels to a certain location where he or she either drops a letter or package off at an address or, better still, some other collection point. In the days of the penny post such a drop off point was another coffee house, obviously, where the recipient would visit daily or every so often and then take receipt of his mail.

It is a sad state of affairs that in a so-called free society one has to even consider such steps despite the postal law that states that tampering – and that includes the agencies – with the mail in any shape or form is a felony. It would appear that the law only applies to ordinary mortals and the agencies deem themselves above the law and, apparently, are treated in such a way as well by the law.

Every citizen is, in our society, which is supposed to be free, regarded as a terrorist and criminal, so it would appear, considered guilty until he or she can prove him- or herself innocent and every contact one may have and correspond and communicate with, whether by email, mail, telephone or social media is considered a co-conspirator.

It has to be assumed that even if the authorities are not reading each and every mail and email the details of sender and recipient are being recorded and archived “just in case”.

Dead letter drops – and no, you don't have to kill the letter first – can be many kinds of locations and I am sure that we all have seen such in use in spy movies or read about them in the appropriate kind of books. But dead letter drops were not just used by spies but also by others who had to operate in one way or the other clandestinely and it would appear that in our society today we all will have to send much of our communications in one or the other clandestine way.

Other ways of such communications are letters (and emails) that appear totally normal stating, for instance, that “Uncle Jim's cow has a new calf”, but the true meaning being only known to the sender and the recipient. Such messages were used, by radio broadcast via the BBC in those days, for the resistance and SOE agents in occupied France.

Telephonic communications cannot, unless one has a serious end-to-end encryption VoIP system, be considered secure at all and cell phone communications not at all. All must be regarded as being monitored and thus we must either work out codes with the other side or, on the other hand, be careful what we say and how we say things.

The spy agencies of our various countries, external and internal, employ computer programs – Echelon and Carnivore being just two of them – that scan in real time for so-called key words and the list of those words is available on the Internet on more than one location. The mere use, in email or telephone call, of such a key word or several of them will immediately trigger the program to intercept and record the communication and may render the parties subject to investigation and further surveillance.

Government and its agencies are definitely out of control and no change in government will make the slightest difference. It would appear that, while we are all being considered terrorists and criminals we will have to make the change and change the system, not the government.

It is a shame that James Angleton was so right in his statement and that it is still as valid, if not even more so, today than it was then. Instead of becoming more open government and society has become more deceptive and secretive.

It is all a game of smoke and mirrors and the general public do not seem to see this or simply do not want to see and accept it. They go even as far as saying that if the government would be planning anything evil (against the people) they would announce it on TV. Right, sure, and pigs do fly!

It is the people that gave and give government the right to exist and not the other way round and thus government is accountable to the people regardless of what they may think.

However, it would appear that it will take something other than the so-called democratic process of elections to get that into the thick skulls of the Skull & Bones people that have decided that they can lord it over the people who put them into office – unfortunately often – in the first place.

Overthrowing the government is, by the powers-that-be or better the powers-that-they-have-assumed, regarded as treason but who put them there. We, the People, did and it is the right of the people to remove a tyrannical government and one that disregards the people.

Government has only those rights of existence as given to it by the people and if the people remove consent the the government has no longer got any right to govern. It is as simple as that. That is the theory. In practice things are different as the powers-that-be will not allow themselves to be removed and replaced, not even by so-called democratic means.

Democracy is one of those smoke and mirrors devices that the ruling classes have invented in order to deceive the people and make them believe that they, the people, have a say in who governs them and how they are being governed.

Time to de-cloak the real enemy of the people...

German Internet users will HAVE to buy government approved modem

All other modems will no longer be legal to be used...

Welcome to the new fascist Europe, for once Germany starts this it will be forced upon the rest of the EU...

The Deutsche Telekom can due to a new legal position force all Internet users (in Germany) to buy a Telekom modem. This modem is Made in China (which one is not, though, I'd like to know) and the old models will have to be thrown away.

The German government apparently, as the Deutsche Telekom is a government agency, hopes for a huge income this way and the total control of the Internet via a state business.

Independent providers are, obviously, very concerned about this move and are ringing the alarm bells as it would appear that the Deutsche Telekom is hellbent to take over all accesses to the Internet. The freedom of the Internet is coming under serious attack here for, I am sure, everyone with just a little foresight can see where this is leading.

While no one has said this as yet it is quite feasible that monitoring devices will be integrated in this modem that everyone will have to use to control entirely which sites someone can visit. The Stasi had nothing on those guys.

It would appear that, aside from wanting to get extra income, the Germany government with this move is intent on controlling the in formation that citizens can access on the Web. This is scary in the extreme and a censorship beyond anything ever envisaged. When re we going to burn books again in Germany? It can't be very long now.

Children need more brainwashing time, says government

The British government wants children “learning” in school from 8am to 6pm or thereabouts and also have less vacation time.

Term times, Minister says, are based on a 19th century agricultural pattern and are now obsolete (as, apparently, are agricultural and horticultural studies and qualifications at schools) and must change. Yes, we must; the Minister and the government.

Children, says Minister, need more brainwashing – oops, erm, education – in order to be able to compete with students from the Far East. Sorry, hate to ask, but what has happened to Europe, our immediate neighbors?

In order to achieve improved brainwashing schoolchildren need to have fewer holidays and shorter ones and must attend school from 8am to 6pm daily. And when, pray, are those children allowed to be children (and get outdoors to play)? At weekends, if they are lucky, and are not going to have to complete assignments, I guess.

In the background of this extending of the school day and the reduction of holiday time have also been murmurings of making school attendance in Britain mandatory (like in Germany). It is currently not in the UK and homeschooling is possible without the need to follow the National Curriculum and only a minimum of two hours per day of actual lessons are home are required.

It is obvious that sooner or later the British government after decades and more of homeschooling being easy would like to introduce the Prussian model of compulsory school attendance as more and more people choose to homeschool and thus they, the government, have no influence over those children's minds.

I mean, consider those children, taught to think and learn for themselves, how dangerous they are to the powers-that-be. And any child who may attend school but in the holidays and such spends too much time at home with parents who teach him or her to question everything also is dangerous. And thus the government clamors for a longer school day and shorter and less vacation time.

Proper indoctrination and brainwashing takes time after all and too much time at home or elsewhere with people, especially parents who teach the child differently would just interfere with the aims of the state.

Time to unschool entirely...

The government controls

The government controls our water supply (including, in many places in the USA the rainwater, making rainwater harvesting illegal), our food supply, our medical supply, our media, our armed forces, our police. They all our money and all of the most horrifying weapons on earth.

In short, the government controls everything, including and especially each and every one of us.

Do you see anything wrong with that equation? I do!

The fact is that we do not seem to (be able) to control the government, and that is what we should be able to do. They are, to all intents and purposes, our servants and not we theirs.

However, the way things have turned out, and We, the People, have allowed this to happen by demanding more and more (false) security, is that they are intent on controlling us and everything else.

Government control of everything is fascism, regardless of the color of the regime, whether it claims to be democratic, socialist, communist, or whatever. And, in Europe, this control of everything has gotten worse ever since the European Union has usurped the power that is it its to have and use and even more so since none of them – bar the so-called MEPs – are elected. The fact that they are unelected makes the unanswerable to the people and this is a dictatorship regardless of whether the dictate comes from but one man or a group of them. It still is a dictatorship.

The sheeple have been so brainwashed, however, that they are unable to see this and demand more and more security from the government, for which they are prepared to give up their freedoms and expect everyone else to do so too.

But, this is exactly what the powers-that-be want the people to demand and clamor for so that they, the powers-that-be can get more and more power and control over the people, all the people.

Oh, say the sheeple, but we all have to be prepared to surrender some of our liberties so that the police and the security services can keep us safe (from terrorist attacks). But by doing so we give them the little finger and they take not just one hand but both and take away more and more freedoms in the name of needing to make the streets secure, and the Internet, and this, that and the other.

They also think they have to control food by decreeing which seeds and plants we are allowed to grown (and thus eat) and which herbs we can or cannot use (for medicine). All seeds must be licensed in order to be sold and used, and herbal medicine has been outlawed to be sold as medicine, at least in the EU. Though, it has to be said, if the same are referred to as “food supplements” they can, for the time being, still be sold.

The government is trying to tell us what we can eat, what medicines we can and cannot use, what water we can use, and, no doubt, very soon they will tell us where we can and cannot live.

This is wrong and needs to change and this means that we need a new system; not a new government. We need no government, period!
