The new expanded Home Grown feature reflects the continued interest in grow your own and is set to demonstrate the diversity of fruits and vegetables that can be grown in Britain supporting the in creasing popularity of grow your own.

Reflecting the nation's keenness to grow their own fruit and vegetables, for better taste, healthier living, and saving money and food miles into the bargain, the Marshalls stand is displaying a wide range of vegetables and fruit, including raised beds and vertical planters for optimum use of space.

“People from all walks of life and all ages are really getting stuck into growing vegetables. Whether it's on an allotment, in a small kitchen garden or simply a few tubs on the patio, anyone can grow veg and fruit and reap the rewards. We want to impress upon everyone that salads and quick grow veg can sown late into the summer and still rapidly produce crops.” remarks MD, Martin Harvey.

“We hope we can build on our medal winning success from previous years too. We'll be showcasing oriental veg, soft fruits and walls of strawberries, herbs and salads.” he added.

A large fruit cage constructed from recycled floor timbers will feature raspberries under planted with strawberries, and three inspirational double-sided, vertical gardens, will demonstrate how to grow strawberries, salads and herbs where space is limited.

This year Marshalls will be featuring new, FIGO Universal Frame Connectors – a quick and easy way to build a garden frame or structure – even with cane of differing thickness. The flexible, rubber Figo Connectors will grip canes firmly and securely, to create strong, sturdy, stable frames anywhere in the garden.

A special saving of 33% is available at the show on Figo while stocks last! Also at the show, Marshalls are also selling two seed collections: Salad and Oriental Veg, both for planting right now.

Marshalls are again selling their world famous Strawberry Marshmellow bareroot 60 day strawberries. A real favorite every year, they have been cold stored and are ready and raring to go!
